Message from the PGHOA Board of Directors

Hello from the inaugural board of directors of the Priddis Greens Homeowners Association. We are proud to be a part of the evolution of our community. Priddis Greens is a very special place, and it is our hope to continue that legacy and be a constructive team that continues to enhance the wonderful community that we are a part of.

The people on the transition team that set us on this path have been critical in moving us from the outstanding stewardship of Priddis Greens Community Association to what we have today. Please appreciate the work and incredible dedication that those individuals devoted to our community through the transition.

The new board is working diligently to continue the process and build the infrastructure that needs to be in place to ensure our community continues to be the beautiful place it has grown to be. We are currently in the process of ensuring our committees have the people and tools to have success going forward.

There are many additional operational items that must be examined and possibly modified to make sure we have the correct processes in place going forward. Please do not hesitate to reach out to the board, at pghoaboard@pghoa.ca, if you have constructive thoughts or ideas of how our community can continue to be an excellent place to live.

Fields and Forests

The surrounding Moraine forest is lush with diverse vegetation and wildlife. We are proud to be a recognized FireSmart Neighbourhood, taking proactive steps to keep our community safe.

Mountains

From our homes and the golf course, we enjoy stunning views of iconic peaks such as Banded Peak, Outlaw Peak, Mount Cornwall, and Mount Glasgow. Our proximity to the Rocky Mountains ensures breathtaking scenery at every turn.

Dark Skies

Priddis Greens is situated in a “Dark Sky” area, providing incredible stargazing opportunities free from light pollution. The Rothney Observatory is only a 7-minute drive away, making it a perfect spot for night sky enthusiasts.

Priddis Greens Golf & Country Club

Ranked among the top ten golf courses in Alberta, Priddis Greens offers two championship courses, Hawk and Raven.

The clubhouse dining facilities are open to Members, Social Members, and guests in the community, providing a welcoming space to relax and dine.

Our community features a mix of attached condominium villas and single-family homes, all situated on spacious lots to provide a peaceful and comfortable living environment.

Our Services

Priddis Greens is served by the Priddis Greens Homeowners Association. Foothills County manages our water services and road maintenance during the winter. Additionally, we have access to high-speed fibre optic internet to stay connected.
