Our community recently transitioned from a service co-operative model to a homeowners’ association. The new PGHOA will continue to manage the following services:

• The supply of irrigation water to the boundaries of Condo Corps and Single Family Homes

• Snow ploughing of Condo Corp driveways

• Condo Corp Lawn Care

• The cutting of grass on road verges to maintain visual consistency

• Garbage collection

• Removal of trees that are both dead and dangerous
