Our community is currently in transition as we move from a service co-operative model to a homeowners association. The new PGHOA will continue to manage the following services:

• The supply of irrigation water to the boundaries of Condo Corps and Single Family Homes

• Snow ploughing of Condo Corp driveways

• Condo Corp Lawn Care

• The cutting of grass on road verges to maintain visual consistency

• Garbage collection

• Removal of trees that are both dead and dangerous

​Watch your emails for regular updates from the Interim HOA Board. And mark your calendar — the first PGHOA AGM is scheduled for September 9, 2026 at the Golf Club. A new Board will be elected, and we encourage volunteers for Board and Committee positions.
